If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and request a refund. Please note that this timeframe includes 30 business days.
All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, providing you with a seamless and convenient refund experience.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
In the rare event that your order gets lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at christine@mywishco.com. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
If your product arrives damaged, simply send us an email along with a picture of the damaged item to christine@mywishco.com. Our dedicated team will promptly assist you and provide a suitable solution.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a damaged item, we will process it as a return and issue a refund accordingly.

How to I submit a return?
Click on the icon "Submit Return" in the footer of our website.Returning a product can sometimes be a hassle, but at My Wish Co, we strive to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. Follow these step-by-step instructions to submit a return:
- Click on the "Submit Return" icon located in the footer of our website.
- Log in to your account by entering your email address in the designated field and click "Continue".
- Open your email account and locate the email sent from our store. Inside the email, you will find a six-digit verification code. Copy this code.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code you copied.
- Select the order for which you want to submit the return.
- If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific items you wish to return.
- Indicate the reason for the return and add any additional notes for our store.
- Click "Request Return" to submit your return request.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email from us with detailed shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Simply follow the instructions provided and attach the shipping label to your package. Once the product is returned to us, you will receive a refund.
