8. Click "Request Return" to submit your return request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email from us with detailed shipping instructions and a return shipping label. First Burn

The first time you burn your soy candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool reaches the edges of the container. This can take a few hours depending on the candle's size. This process, known as creating a "memory ring," prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of the candle.

Regular Burning

Place your candle in an area free from drafts to prevent uneven burning, dripping, or flaring.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Long burns can lead to overheating the container and affecting the candle's lifespan.
