3. Open your email account and locate the email sent from our store. Inside the email, you will find a six-digit verification code. Copy this code.
4. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code you copied.
5. Select the order for which you want to submit the return.
6. If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific items you wish to return.
7. Indicate the reason for the return and add any additional notes for our store.
8. Click "Request Return" to submit your return request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email from us with detailed shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Simply follow the instructions provided and attach the shipping label to your package. Once the product is returned to us, you will receive a refund.

Before Lighting

• Always trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting your candle. This helps prevent soot and ensures an even burn. Use a wick trimmer or a pair of scissors for best results.

First Burn

• The first time you burn your soy candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool reaches the edges of the container. This can take a few hours depending on the candle's size. This process, known as creating a "memory ring," prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of the candle.

Regular Burning

• Place your candle in an area free from drafts to prevent uneven burning, dripping, or flaring.
• Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Long burns can lead to overheating the container and affecting the candle's lifespan.
• Ensure the candle burns evenly by keeping it away from fans, air conditioners, or open windows. This helps maintain an even wax pool.

After Burning

• Use a snuffer to extinguish your candle. This prevents hot wax from splattering and minimizes smoke.
• Once the candle is extinguished and the wax is still molten, gently re-center the wick if it has shifted. This prepares it for an even burn next time.
• Let the candle cool completely before relighting.

General Care
